60 minutes - individual brainstorming + group discussion
Goals
To develop alignment around a shared set of features this team could address.
To prioritize the most important features to start addressing.
Activities
Brainstorming - Each attendees comes up with at least 10 features for the user need chosen.
Sharing & Grouping - Each person shares the features they came up with out loud. We merge duplicates, and put related ideas into groups.
Prioritizing - We put these features into the Prioritization Matrix, and prioritize!
